Terms of Use
This is a living document. We review it regularly, revise it as this site and its tools change, and keep prior versions on file — see Changes to these terms below. By using crestonge.com, you accept the terms below.
1. Who these terms cover
These terms are between you and Creston Global Enterprises LLC ("CrestonGE," "we," "us"), a California-based venture studio and digital-services business, and apply to your use of crestonge.com — the marketing site, its free tools (like a local-visibility check, when live), and the contact form.
2. What this site is
crestonge.com describes CrestonGE's local-SEO, web-design, and review-system services, and lets you request a quote. Free tools offered here (like an automated look at how findable your business is) give you a plain-language snapshot, not a professional audit — see §4 below.
This site is a marketing and lead-intake tool. It is not a contract-execution platform: nothing you do here — submitting the contact form, running a free check — creates a binding services agreement with us. Any actual engagement is set out in a separate, explicit agreement we send you directly.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract this site's content beyond what search engines are permitted (see robots.txt).
- Attempt to bypass or defeat this site's bot-verification or rate-limiting (Cloudflare Turnstile, per-IP request limits).
- Submit the contact form with false information, or use it to send unsolicited commercial messages to us.
- Use this site in any way that violates applicable law, or that attempts to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to it.
Violating this section may result in your traffic being blocked at the network level (via Cloudflare) without notice.
4. No professional advice
Anything this site tells you — including automated findings from a free visibility check — is informational only. It is not legal, financial, medical, or other licensed professional advice, and it is not a substitute for a paid, human-reviewed engagement. Automated findings can be wrong or incomplete; we make no guarantee that following them will produce any particular business result.
5. Content and intellectual property
The text, design, and code of this site belong to CrestonGE (or are licensed to us) and are not available for reuse without our written permission. Information you submit through the contact form — your name, business details, and the description of what you need — is used only as described in our Privacy Policy, and you retain ownership of it; you're granting us only the limited right to use it to respond to you and, if you engage us, to deliver the work.
6. Third-party services and links
This site relies on third-party infrastructure (Cloudflare, Resend, Google) to operate, and free tools on this site may look up publicly available information about a business you name (for example through Google's Places or PageSpeed APIs). We don't control those third parties and aren't responsible for their availability, accuracy, or their own terms — see our Privacy Policy for the current list.
7. Disclaimers
This site and its free tools are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We don't guarantee this site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CrestonGE is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on anything it tells you, including a free visibility check's findings. Our total liability for any claim arising from this site is limited to the amount (if any) you've paid us for services related to that claim.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or this site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.
10. Changes to these terms
We treat these terms as a living document and expect to revise them as this site's tools and services evolve. Each revision gets a new version number and posted date at the top of this page. Prior versions are kept on file rather than silently overwritten; ask us at the email below if you'd like to see an earlier version. Continued use of this site after a revision means you accept the current version.
